- Health insurance - 2 days work from home - International team and projects - Great colleagues
Cons
- Very little career progression - People continue on the same role for years and they are constantly looking to hire people into higher roles, but no interest in preparing existing employees to better roles. - Disconnected and unconcerned management team, constantly in a meeting with eachother and least concerned about employees and their well being. - Understaffed - not hiring enough for the employees leaving the company. - Constantly taking away any company perks. - Almost no socials or updates to employees from management. Overall not a great place to work.
