Pros
Most of the pros are specific to the department that I was working in and the people that were working in my team in the beginning. - Good base salary - Management practices - Solid team (Head of the dpt, PMs, other devs) both for tech expertise and interpersonal skills - Flexibility (no micro-management in the beginning and I had a saying in what I would prefer to change/work on)
Cons
Some of the cons are recent and may not replicate the long-term company's vision - Churn rate - Technical debt - Support for legacy code - Lack of transparency over processes - Management practices
