None. If you are interviewing you may get the false impression that leaders are competent but you'll quickly realize that they are just good at pretending. If you enjoy being treated badly by a bunch of C-levels who have no idea what they are doing yet considering themselves superior human beings, this is the place for you.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to employees, dictates every decision tgen blames all outcomes on the teams and somehow manage to keep their jobs. voluntary churn is over the top, layoffs are a regular thing. Company has been going downhill for the past 3 years with no end in sight.

Toxic work cultures the result of poor management, unrealistic expectations and products that don’t measure up to competitors. Sales team is micromanaged and clients are difficult to keep around. Not an easy job.
