1010 has some amazingly smart people. It's a great place to get exposure to several different types of technical implementations, industries and client engagements. You can essentially get 10 years worth of experience in 2 years at 1010data. There are countless opportunities for employees to step up and take responsibility.

Cons

The career growth at 1010 can be slow. The People department needs to figure out how to motivate the employees that show talent and hard work with the correct type of compensation and career progression.
