Pros

If you love real technical challenges that you can’t easily find the answer on google for… and are a capable and motivated person you’ll find plenty of opportunities to learn interesting technology and expand your career at 1010data.

Cons

Lot of employee churn when I was there which is difficult for a smaller company… as there are less people to pick up the slack AND also train new employee’s.
