- Manager also lacks in response
- Bonus also decreases if you get any
- You don't get to meet people who work for the company besides the people who are on your team, so company parties are very cliquey

We have been diligently working on bettering some of these aspects of the company for the last year, to include: A full launch of a Career Success and Leadership Development Platform, more streamlined communications, and monthly all-hands with in-depth information on the direction of the company, work, etc. Please feel free to reach out to us and let us know if we can do anything to help.
