Pros

Helping seniors Small office small business

Cons

-No health, vision or dental insurance -Expected to wear many hats and do everyone's job -CEO fires you without reason, warning or cause -Turnover rate is extremely high. Replacements happen monthly....(9 new in-office staff members in 12 months timeframe in tiny office that holds six people) CEO and one original staff member have longevity, everyone else 5 months or less.
