Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We are always trying to get better and appreciate all our employees thoughts and feedback. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!
They are giving caregivers a lot. The boss has added 401k and sick time recently and I didn't get that at other jobs. There is a lot of work and I get all the shifts I want. They got rid of a really bad manager a while back and things have gotten much better for us. The people there now are really good.
Cons
They call a lot. I don't know how pay goes up and I went a long time without a raise.
