Pros
By far the best work environment and management I've had. Incredibly friendly and passionate staff; good, open communication; passionate and involved CEO. Also a remarkably effective ability to work remotely as needed.
Cons
Perhaps some people prefer the dynamic of a larger, more established company, and that's entirely reasonable. This works great for me though.
