I feel like the best part so far of 1A Auto is their people. Everyone I have spoken with has a great attitude. Very helpful and friendly! The starting pay is great, they send you equipment to be able to work more comfortable, the benefits are amazing. Everything so far seems amazing with them!! This definitely feels like a family environment!! Great culture and values!! Definitely room for growth and advancement!!

Communication is absolutely amazing! They send you a welcome kit along with detailed information that answers all of the questions you may have before officially starting. They are quick to respond and make you excited to be a part of their team.
