After the TeamViewer acquisition, the company experienced a noticeable decline in culture and morale. The organization became heavily UK-focused, putting non-UK employees at a disadvantage in terms of visibility and growth

Pros

1E is full of amazing people that are kind, hard working, and inspiring. There is also a good support system where you are encouraged to grow in and beyond your role. I think the fact that remote work is really embraced has been amazing for me as well

Cons

If you're new to this field or type of business, there can be a lot that you need to pick up quickly. I feel like I've been supported with this, it's something that comes with a company that strives for high performance. Sometimes things can feel like a sprint, but if you don't mind fast paced environments it's great.
