This is arguably the worst organizational culture I have ever encountered. First of all looking at these reviews, they are completely falsified. This company had a 2.9 overall 3 months ago and now somehow has 5 stars with a 99% approval rating. Not sure how much the organization had to spend to take down the negative reviews. 2nd the CEO is a blind narcissist who constantly pits teams against eachother creating an atmosphere that is toxic and not conducive to teamwork and collaboration. This has been a private organization that has not been able to get over the hump for a solid 8-10 years of their 22 years of existence and it because the CEO and senior management who basically succumbs to anything the CEO Sumir wants does not challenge him. Any time any business line leader challenges the CEO they are swiftly fired and someone new is brought it and the cycle repeats and repeats. I cannot speak enough on how awful a person the CEO actually is and how little he cares about the people in his organization. He tries to paint a rosie PR glow around nice things that hes done or the organization is doing but all in all he treats all employees like they are servants and their opinions don't matter. This is the worst company you can go work for especially now as their solutions are becoming more and more antiquated with the increase pressure of microsoft, tanium, nexthink, and the like. Stay far away !!!

-Senior management, especially the CEO in London, in extremely incompetent at managing the company. I remember interviewing with the CEO via Skype and seeing him smile for 5 seconds and then resumed to a very awkward facial expression. He micromanages everything and runs the company with no strategy. Every decision is based on a whim. -HIGH turn-over rate. I repeat-HIGH turnover rate. I was there for less than a year and most of my colleagues I worked with are gone by now. Senior management conducts huge layoffs every quarter. Employee morale is low and office politics are toxic, so much so that everyone runs around finding new jobs while praying not to get fired before finding their next employer. -Management plays favorites. This is definitely an old boy's club. If you're in the club, you will be covered. If not, you're out the door the next day when management decides they need a new "direction".
