The team is phenomenal at 1EDI. Everyone is willing to help, support, and provide assistance to at any time. Collectively, as an organization, this is easily the best group of individuals that I have worked with. It's great to come to work and feel like you can contribute 100% every day knowing that those around you appreciate your efforts. The benefits are also out of this world...easily some of the best in the region. Very thankful to have this for my family. Leadership has worked to make positive and progressive changes to make 1EDI a great workplace for its staff where we have fun and recognize awesome contributions to the team and it's been great to see these things happen.

Cons

The company moves fast and this rapid speed of change isn't for everyone as it could cause a degree of stress.

The company is really dedicated to its people. They listen and value opinions and expertise. Benefits are exceptional. Workplace is flexible providing solid work/life balance. Employees truly work together to achieve company goals. It's a work hard/play hard environment and the people are very friendly and motivated. Great place to work.
