      They are alright.

      Pros

      It’s boring in a good way. There is not much drama, software is stable so no fighting fires or 2am oncall wake ups.

      Cons

      Shared vacation and sick time is crazy, they are slow or never get around to help you change teams. There are a lot of staff+ employees whose job is just to argue.
