- Below average pay with aggressive contracts - Some slackers ruining it for everyone - Surprisingly stressful day-to-day - Tool/vendor proliferation creates confusion

Pros

Cool product that works and the teams that support the customer are well built out.

Cons

They lowball you on pay and then find every single way to not pay out commissions. The account could contract right at the beginning of a book transfer and they will hold it against the new csm. My favorite was seeing commissions get reduced due to CURRENCY EXCHANGES being counted as a loss against the csm. 1Password is easily the most disappointing company I have worked for. Their leadership is fake and only knows how to smile and pretend to care.

remote - gives of flexibility benefits are decent

Cons

remote becoming very bureaucratic/ wanting to be big tech (culture very team dependent) salary based on country not city benefits are getting worse every year not as much internal growth as they hire a lot of external ppl
