Pros

This is one of the best companies I have worked for in my career. 1Password truly cares about their employees and treats them very well; they have a fantastic line-up of product improvements and launches under development which are leading the market; the customer is key and the mission is focused on humans and security. Would highly recommend 1Password - both the product and company.

Cons

This is a high growth and fast paced environment. Given the scaling of the company - performance and contribution are critical for success. People should not come in an expect routine, repetitive and run of the mill work. Things are changing and to be successful here you need to adapt to the pace and be ready to dive in. This is not for everyone.
