Pros

Competitive salary, good benefits and respectful colleagues.

Cons

The tickets can be repetitive, and homogeneous in complexity. A concern of mine is their possible over hiring of Customer Support agents right now. Since moving systems, if they implement competent AI agents in the future, this could mean teams are bloated, and they could make cuts.

Trend chasing product strategy and nepotism based progression

Pros

Great CV company, very visible in the market, great customer base, remote working and good benefits. Some excellent individual contributors.

Cons

Progression is achieved through nepotism and not hard work. Leadership has a completely unrealistic expectation of its employees compared to what they are willing to pay. The product strategy and messaging is highly inconsistent, unstructured and uncertain.

Canadian company = good benefits & better morals ;) Decent pay but Canadians are paid much less than U.S counterparts in same role Good people work there Good enablement

Cons

Canadians are paid much less than U.S counterparts in same role Limited growth potential within the org. don't seem to do a ton of promoting Tenured staff are often looped into the same enablement as newbies - causing distrust Executive leadership far removed from what's actually going on
