Exciting momentum Alot of cool new initiatives Alot of passionnate employees Great product Alot of energy invested towards continuous improvement and healthy growth (both on the product and on the company and its people)

Cons

Fast growth means you have to be up for the challenge, things move quickly, the ambition to continuously improve means we all need to continuous develop and grow. If you are though, its very exciting!
