Pros

The number one thing I love about working for 1Password is that we truly help businesses. This is not the first company of this size that I have worked for, and with the new equity program, wellness days and great earning potential, I truly am so happy that I joined this rocketship.

Cons

The biggest challenge is that we have been building as we grow. Earlier this year many of us weren't hitting target but since then, things have changed in a big way.

Cons

Like any rapidly scaling company, there are growing pains that include shifting priorities, and development of core processes involving compensation and the like. You may find yourself not as highly compensated at the onset, but this is continuing to change for the better.
