Pros

- Remote work - Super flexible hours. - Everyone is so friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand. - Great company culture. - Top notch Canadian benefits package and RRSP plan. - Lots of room to grow within the company and they encourage it.

Cons

- It's a harder to form connections with co-workers since everybody is remote and you don't necessarily work the same hours. - Also hard to get to know people outside of your department.

Cons

Because of covid might not do in person meetings which are helpful for getting to know people while working remotely

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that, coming from a more traditional office only company takes some adaptation to remote work.
