Good working hours, they offer training and continued support for all employees. Constant checking up to see if all is well and full support of employees.

Cons

Not a con just hoping this job or another within the company will turn permanent at some point.

Pros

Flex work time early in the office early out. No real onsite checks. Independent workers dream. Must have strong ethics

Cons

Poor representation never met me personally wouldn't know me if they saw me but paid my time sheet. No leave or vacation until you do one year service. Keep your word about promise made in the interview about possible being permanently hired by Govt. Keep your word about training and development
