Pros

Financially sound. Decent pay. Privately owned. They are doing well and have the potential to become a powerhouse.

Cons

Employees are in fear of losing job. Employees are working against each other. A lot of throwing people under the bus - again this is out of self preservation. I witnessed a LOT of turnaround. Very, very old technology - mostly file cabinets and paper backups. They are trying to modernize but can't advance because too many others are trying to protect the old ways and their jobs.

Management is a joke. I put in 5 years of my life devoting myself and everything I had to this company. I believed in the company and wanted so badly to be THE office that made a difference in our region. I went above and beyond and the recognition was always given to my manager and her assistant! I did ALL of the backbone work for this branch! The biggest branch in the region. Yet, I was harassed and bullied and upper management (corporate) always had a blind eye and had their managers backs no matter what. It's bs that the management gets all the money even though it is earned by the underdogs. Im over this company who will not stand by their employees and actually HEAR what is happening within the offices. When customers are treated poorly and newer employees are bullied and they don't care as long as money is flowing in, that is a sign of bad business. All money hungry and greedy regardless who gets hurt.
