Okay Company is all I can say

Cons

Bad management. Expect unrealistic goals to be reached, and if is not you will get a small raise. Lazy Branch Manager and the ROD doesn't care about how the staff is treated even if you was to bring it to the ROD attention they would let you know they have the Branch Manager back no matter what.

Hours, half days on Wednesdays

We are giving yearly goals that are near impossible to reach, which is what determines our raises, so that they can give us the bare minimum raise. The higher up your title is the less you have to do and the more you make while CSR's who actually do the work get the least pay and bonuses which only happen once a year. Managers are not held accountable. No room to move up. Micromanaged and unable to make decisions on our own. "Christian based company" which means little diversity. I could go on ..
