Great company, great hours, great people, great training, great pay!

Cons

Feeling like you couldn't ever fire an employee although they were a complete drain on the office and no matter how much you trained them they didn't get it. I always said you had to quit 1st Franklin because they are such a wonderful company that they won't fire people that should be fired.

Half days on Wednesdays, no late nights/wknds, Christmas/incentive bonuses, above average pay for industry

Cons

No opportunity for overtime except during extended holiday hours 8-12 on Saturday's between Thanksgiving & Christmas. Each wk on Mondays & Wednesdays have to be there 30 mins early for Mandatory meetings.
