Branches all over the southeast. Able to work close to home. They try to be competitive with salary and benefits. Family type atmosphere. Owners are awesome.

Cons

Cronyism. Needed changes are too slow.

The ROD that I had was worthless. She was lazy & a backstabbing conniving person. Your ROD should never make their employees hate their job.
