Pros

Great benefits and you get a raise every year based on yearly performance. The company is always finding ways to indulge their employees and make customers happy. Many ways to move up in the company, if you do well. Upper management was also willing to help with anything and I loved that access.

Cons

Management could have been better. I quit this job because I couldn't handle the constant bickering that went on inside the office amongest my coworkers.

Great company, great hours, great people, great training, great pay!

Cons

Feeling like you couldn't ever fire an employee although they were a complete drain on the office and no matter how much you trained them they didn't get it. I always said you had to quit 1st Franklin because they are such a wonderful company that they won't fire people that should be fired.
