Not having a life due to never knowing when you getting off work. And not getting paid for the overtime. Then told how lucky you to work with such a great company.

family owned company, good people to work for. work hours are great 830 -530 except wednesday it 830-130

managers need to be watched a little closer. it seems they think they can come and go as they please because they are salary leaving all the work load on the employees left in the office. some managers dont back their staff throwing them under the bus. always make sure you have a witness when speaking with a manager concerning any aspect of you job. if you dont it's a he said she said situation and you will loose.
