Pros

This company is ideal for the self motivated individual who is willing to put forth the time and effort. Fast paced environment with a leadership team that understand the business. If you want to develop your sales and leadership skills this is the place to do it.

Cons

In any sales environment there is pressure. Pressure to perform on a daily basis, and be accountable for your effort.

Pros

The leadership within this company attracted me and I have not regretted my decision in 4 years of employment. I have worked with other direct sales companies in the past and none have had the level of support and positive reinforcement seen in 20/20. In regards to the opportunities I am a real life example of the company's opportunities not only in the Sales environment, but also the administrative/corporate aspect. I was hired as an office level administrator, then promoted to operations manager, then ops director. I'm currently the Director of Business Intelligence, but with the continued support and development of our corporate team I will continue to grow with the company.

Cons

The company gets a lot of bad rep from folks that choose not to put forth any real effort or take advice from experienced proven sales leadership. Those that take the time to listen and develop their skills reap the real rewards. This is a sales position... the job is to make sales.

Pros

Executive level earning potential even as a sales rep or just a GM. Huge growth opportunities. Talented management, really knows how to properly inspire and motivate.

Cons

Expected to work most holidays. 6 Day work week is brutal after a long time. Training program for new reps with no sales experience is severely lacking (though this is supposedly changing soon).
