Job pays well initially, but exploitative culture persists
Pros
It is a job that pays , depending on your program has great base pay. If you just need a job by all means your first few months should be okay. And if you have a great experience that is awesome. However I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than needed. Do not allow them to run over and mis use you.
Cons
This company was okay at first but if you work for them long enough , you’ll start thinking about things that are not appropriate to put into a review. Keep a record of EVERYTHING I don’t care if you think you’re cool/friends with someone. No one is your friend at work when it’s fire under them. Lack of scheduling structure or accountability from upper management. Aka if you work Monday your schedule won’t be updated until 2 days before and managers shrug and say “ idk why they are complaining we are in a retail setting “ Quota doesn't account for slow seasons and you are pressured to hit unattainable goals. They want you to sell to family and friends which works in the Beginning so of course stats are met but it’s not sustainable you’ll exhaust your book of business and potentially push people away over a sketchy sales quota. This company Preys on people who are looking for jobs and take advantage of your kindness until they run you dry and you’re forced to people please. I need you all to think. Please believe the bad reviews no one comes on here to write a good review , unless it’s incentivized or from upper management. Any positive fake pump review is exactly what it is.
