      Pros

      Only good things are the clients and being able to see them smile when they aren’t being talk down to by other staff.

      Cons

      Very toxic workplace, controlling, and disorganized. Clients are not safe and many things are swept under the rug. No work life balance they expect you only work and not worry about your mental health.

      There are a lot of hours that can be picked up.

      There are a lot of hours that can be picked up. There are always positions available which goes to show the turnover rate for this company. A co-worker of mine once got stuck for over 30 hours with the main office and the managers doing little to nothing to help.
