Pros

Salaries are competitive, everyone gets an office, people are friendly, and free food. There are lots of open positions.

Cons

Wife/husband run the company so there is some interesting dynamics. Conflicting messages from upper management. I have a child and health insurance is expensive for families.

The upper management created a culture of inclusion, family and mutual support! Great working environment.

Cons

Management over-committed to an unsigned contract (big contract) and unfortunately had to let a significant percentage of the company go.
