Nice perks. Good benefits. Decent health insurance.

No future prospects (it's all false promises). Culture is supposed to be good but it's not really reflected on inside management.

The office I worked at had a great atmosphere and as a fresh graduate I could learn a lot and develop my skills.

Cons

Lots of crunch time, strained relationship between the offices.
