Pros
What attracted me to 2K was its promise of treating each other like actual humans -- with empathy, kindness, and support. Working in games is super stressful, especially during a downturn. I've been consistently impressed that 2K manages to live up to that promise: with very, very few exceptions, people are genuinely making an effort to treat each other with respect and care. Very different than my experience at multiple other studios/publishers.
Cons
It's a games company -- low structure, fast pace, high ambiguity, constant change. I enjoy the culture and the speed of how we operate our business, but not for everyone.
