2K has all of the standard benefits, a food truck comes by once a month, and there is discounted vending machine food.

Cons

Would be nice to get more catered meals, reimbursement on car expenses/tolls, and other competitive perks.

Pros

If you have a good social game and suck up to the right people it doesn’t matter that you are incompetent or lazy. There are a handful hard working people there, but they get burnt out and disillusioned over time.

Cons

Cliquey environment with horrible work/life balance for anyone that’s actually good at what he/she is doing. You will have to compensate for your bosses shortsightedness, daily mistakes, incompetence and will not have a voice. Criticism will disqualify you for promotion and will eventually cause termination.
