- Getting free games and swag is quite nice. - Travel on company time and money.

Cons

- Impactful work is outsourced to teams overseas and contractors. And often end up being half baked and end up being a waste of money. - Technical growth is nonexistent - Project management org runs the show at the engineering level. - PMO only wants to see metrics and numbers, even when in most cases the numbers don’t make sense or tell the right story. - The engineering org is cutthroat. A political dance if you want any recognition, or pull. - If you value your career and growth l, avoid 2K. Studios don’t want to touch our tech.
