Cons

Lacking room for growth. Teams are lean putting a lot of expectations and pressure on everyone with a lot of over time work.

Pros

The marketing team is the awesomest group of people I have ever worked with. Laid back atmosphere. Do your job and get your assignments done, and you can play games in your spare time. Good benefits, good facility, and commutable from San Francisco.

Cons

Strauss, the CEO of 2K's parent company, said in a company-wide presentation that he "wasn't impressed" by VR. Sure, okay then.
