Pros

Pay is good, and you get a lot of exposure at the start. Office is fun, lots of talented and smart people working there.

Cons

Unclear progression paths and job responsibilities. Really poor communication and change management, combined with constant restructuring. Lots of talk from leadership, but poor follow through. Process is non-existent or unenforced, especially in US teams. Lack of accountability at the middle management level.

- Great brands, great talent - nice new office in London - overall decent package of salary and benefits
