      Work on large game projects. Exposure to big game industry and tools. Good benefits. Software job.

      Cons

      Engineering skills learned are not super useful outside of game industry, which is a problem when things get volatile. The unknown future of projects you work on leaves your skill progression to fate. Management can be head down in crunch and not give the guidance needed to newer developers and team. Management seems panicked frequently which makes it way down the chain. Leads to bad work life balance and unclear expectations for subordinates.
