Pros

Golf equipment discounts, tee time discounts, no sales pressure due to no commission.

Cons

Turning too corporate, they claim to care about family and work life balance, which some is true but you work Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, to name a few holidays. Company also doesn’t get you to 40 working hours per week and takes out 30 minute lunch per day out of your check.

Pros

Some decent benefits as you move up in the company, but only on the golf club/apparel side of things, not monetarily. Work at the corporate office if possible, they get taken care of very well. Great staff in store, some fun activities, and getting to hit/see new products is a cool perk.

Cons

Lack of great management at corporate level, they “like” feedback and completely ignore it from most the company if it doesn’t 100% agree with what they already want to do. Current lack of direction, feels like original company morals and standards are going out the window. Not much room for actual growth. Compensation for in store employees isn’t great.
