Regional management is great, responsive, and always available to provide support. Company truck provided

Cons

Very low base salary, low commission percentage, expected to work a 50 hour work week which brings your hourly pay to $16 an hour. 1 week paid vacation offered after one year with the company. No paid sick/personal days offered before the 1 year mark. Insurance is available after 60 days. Company mandates all sales associates to purchase 3 company polo shirts which is deducted from your pay.
