10X worse than the worst company you have ever worked for

Pros

Nothing good with this company if you are looking to go backwards in your career this is the perfect company for that.

Cons

Way to much to list my advice is look at all the reviews from all the employees they are all bad if you have any common sense that would tell you to stay away from this company. I left on my own after I saw the scam this company is and that didn't take long.

Pros

Some of the local people care and are trying very hard with no support from others. No communication and some dis trust.

Cons

Not an honest company will have someone hired before they let you go or lie to you and say that you have this long to get it going but then let you go.

Thank you for your comments. We do look at these and try and put these comments to work. We are only as good as our employee's and are constantly trying to get our offices as much help as they need and give as much support as we can. Pros

There is an opportunity to earn if you can figure out how the financials are really determined.

Cons

The day to day is very unpredictable. It's operated as a corporate entity that dabbles in the products and services it provides. Keep all corporate parties and entities happy by adhering to their eccentricities and you can at least get through each day.

We are sorry your time at 31-W wasn't like you had hoped it would be. We try and treat all employee's fair and equal and help everyone to the best of our manpower. Sometimes jobs are not what employee's think they will be and require more time in the beginning to accomplished the goals for the future. We are only as good as our employee's.
