Some of the local people care and are trying very hard with no support from others. No communication and some dis trust.

Cons

Not an honest company will have someone hired before they let you go or lie to you and say that you have this long to get it going but then let you go.

Thanks for the response. We offer benefits to all employees after you have been there a year and the pay is dependent upon how hard you want to work. We do not offer free pay with no work. Thanks.
