Pros
The pay is pretty good if you can work fast. You get to travel to different areas.
Cons
Benefits are not offered until you’ve worked there for over a year and when they’re offered they’re not good. 0 work-life balance. Management from top to bottom seems disconnected. Employees sometimes just don’t show up and will leave you to try to finish jobs by yourself. Hours are bad if you’re not fast with your work. Many people are only looking out for themselves and will throw you under the bus at first chance. Most tools for the job are not provided and you have to pay out of your own pocket and will not be reimbursed. I wouldn’t recommend this job for anyone who isn’t fast, can complete jobs correctly to the tiniest detail.
