Works their employees to the breaking point. Management is never encouraging always putting employees down. Unrealistic expectations for performance. Never accommodating for anything. Treats clients and employees alike, like their just another number.

Management in all areas keep the employees down. You are chastised on a regular basis if you get out of your chair or if you talk to a co-worker--even if about work-related activities. Management protects their own but treats every else like minions. Employee turn-over is very high.

I was with 360Care for 3 years and my mental health was never worse. They control every aspect of your work life and are judge mental. I just wish I could send them my therapy bill. The management are drones, they pick on you and Bully you and are super religious and lay their beliefs on you.

Cons

Management is horrible and are immature. Management plays favoritism. They don’t care about you as an employee or your health. Pay is terrible.
