Works their employees to the breaking point. Management is never encouraging always putting employees down. Unrealistic expectations for performance. Never accommodating for anything. Treats clients and employees alike, like their just another number.

It is an exciting time to work at 360care. As the company continues to grow so do the employees. Management trusts their employees and not much micromanaging occurs. As soon as I began working at 360care I felt that I had a fulfilling career again. I also have a good work/life balance. Their benefits are reasonably priced and provide substantial coverage. I highly recommend this company as an employer.
