Pros

Great culture, engaged leadership, co-workers are knowledgeable and supportive. A team atmosphere where employees are able to voice their concerns and work together to solve problems.

Cons

Very process driven, which makes sense from a Medicare/Medicaid perspective but some of our technology decisions make life more complicated than it needs to be. PDO and insurance benefits need to be improved to help compete in Louisville.
