some good employees who work hard

Cons

management sucks, terrible training, unprofessional, some staff come and go as they please with no repercussions. Manager has her favorites and to hell with the rest. Workers who do not carry their load. Poor pay

Cons

No room for real growth (just lateral movements), if you do a great job you get the reward of getting to do more employees work, no consequences, lack in leadership
