Pros
- Get to work with incredibly smart, generous, hard working people - Having the ability to directly influence client outcomes - can be both good and bad, but it's a great feeling to work through projects with clients and be the face of project successes - Product input and feedback is received and taken seriously - it's a cool feeling to make a recommendation for an upgrade and have it implemented into the platform - Opportunity to grow in many aspects of your career and skillset - as long as you're willing to wear multiple hats at times
Cons
- Fast paced, more than enough work to go around which isn't for everyone - Must be a self starter - Big learning curve to become a SME with the platform & tools
