work - life balance flexibility company works well with public sector clients

Cons

don't know if they want to be an app company or a consulting partner Company is developing their own platform - but there is no market for it no communication from senior executives to team expensive benefits - no corporate culture

Pros

Hiring process was very easy and the hours were flexible. The job description was well written for the contract I worked.

Cons

They have no idea what a real SDLC process is. Coworkers are not very nice, no team environment. Every member of the team is own their own.
