This review is for Pune Branch Before joining pune office read this review. All the senior people left the company recently who were the backbone of the company. Now current Managers in pune office are just slaves of management. They do He does not care about team mates ow anything about management and process. They only know slavery. They start work in the afternoon 12 PM. Expected everyone to work till late night 9-10, though you started early in the morning. Every task from onsite team is treated as urgent and have to complete immediately. Many time manager asked to share release without QA. This affects after production release as many bugs are reported by client. They expect you to work for 10-12 hours daily. No appreciation of hard work, no one pat your back on successful release but will blame you when issue comes. Favouritism Manager of mobile team do favouritism. He thinks only his favourite employees do work and rest do nothing. He does not care about team mates. Nothing new to learn Same projects for very long time toxic manager Useless HR No benefits

Only care about earning money and doing drama that they care about their employees. CTO is rude and impractical.
